Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We do our best to process all domestic orders within 3–4 business days. After your order has been fulfilled, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping

FLOW proudly offers international shipping to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

-You can shop in your local currency, and shipping rates will be automatically calculated by DHL at checkout.
-Please note: All international orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to love every detail of your FLOW purchase. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible U.S. orders.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns are not accepted for international orders
