Are your bags handmade?


Yes, all our woven bags, storage baskets and rattan accessories are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Southeast Asia. Each piece has unique slight texture differences, which are the charm of pure manual work.

What materials are your products made of?


We use natural rattan, straw, raffia and soft faux leather for handles. Our slide sandals are made of lightweight comfortable PU leather; jewelry adopts natural beads and alloy with anti-rust coating.

Will the woven bag deform easily?



Natural rattan has good toughness. Slight extrusion during transport is normal, you can gently reshape it by hand. Avoid long-term soaking in water to maintain its shape.


Can I get customized embroidery or bows on bags?


We provide small custom embroidery services for bulk wholesale orders. For retail single orders, you can choose from our existing bow & floral decorated styles.



Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?


Standard shipping takes 12–25 business days worldwide. Express shipping takes 5–10 business days. Processing time for handmade items is 2–4 working days before dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?


Free standard shipping is available for orders over $80. We will update free shipping thresholds during holiday promotions.

Can I track my parcel?


Yes. Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can track the logistics status anytime.

Do you ship worldwide?


We ship to most countries around the globe. If your region cannot be selected at checkout, please contact us for support.


Return & Exchange

What is the return policy?


We accept returns within 30 days after you receive the goods. Items must be unused, with original tags and complete packaging. Customized wholesale goods are non-refundable.

Who bears the return shipping cost?


If the item has quality defects or shipping damage, we cover return fees. For personal reason returns, customers need to afford return shipping.

My bag arrived damaged, what should I do?


Please take clear photos of the damaged product and package within 48 hours after receipt, send them to our customer service email, we will arrange replacement or refund quickly.


Size & Matching

Are the straw bags large enough for daily outings?


We have mini crossbody bags for dates and large tote baskets for beach & picnic. Each product page lists detailed size data for your reference.

Are the sandals true to size?


Our slide sandals follow standard US shoe sizes. We have a size chart on each sandal product page to help you pick the right fit.
